Times are changing

Hallo Reader,

How has your week been? Seriously, I want to know so feel free to reply to me.
My week has been very restful, I have been on leave the whole week and I just slept, saw movies, ate, rinse, and repeat.

Time Change Happening on Saturday

Daylight savings time ends on Sunday, October 27th, at 3:00 AM. This means we will be turning our analog clocks back by one hour as we transition into the winter months. Enjoy that extra 1hour of sleep.

I remember when I first moved to Germany, it was around this time of the year. One day I stayed back in class to study a bit and suddenly I looked out of the window only to see it was already dark. I was shocked, panicked, and quickly left the class, speed walking back to my apartment (for context, I don't like being out late, I guess it's just a thing my parents instilled in me that I find very difficult to let go of).

Anyway, it was only when I got home that I checked time (ridiculous, I know), only to see that it was just about 5pm. I was dumbfounded. I thought 'for sure this clock is wrong' so I confirmed by typing on google 'what is the time in Germany now?'.

When I think of this now, I still laugh about it πŸ˜‚.

I will have a live stream today on YouTube with Rene and I look forward to an interesting chat on the bias of the immigration system specifically the German immigration system.
